Experience the majesty of New York City's Independence Day Fireworks display aboard the newest addition to our fleet, the Schooner Imagine. Join us in this intimate setting and get the best seat in the house for the annual display! Imagine has a lot in common with her twin, the Adirondack and is one of the fastest sailing vessels in the New York harbor, having set a course record in the Great Chesapeake Bay Schooner Race. Fourth of July Cruise Aboard Yacht Manhattan
Join us for the 4th of July celebration onboard the 1920’s style luxury yacht Manhattan. This vessel offers you great views of the fireworks, Statue of Liberty, and NYC skyline, from its forward open air deck, or its glassed-in skylight observatory. The cruise includes a complimentary beer, wine, champagne, soda, and water, four courses of passed hors d’oeuvres and desserts. Manhattan will leave the dock promptly at 8:45 pm and return at 11:00 pm. Please check in at our ticket booth starting at 8:00pm on July 4.

Other The Imagine is a beautiful sailboat and the crew superb ... very friendly and capable. We took the 4th of July trip to see the fireworks and were impressed with the navigation skills of the captain when the harbor was so crowed with boats! There is a boundry of how close one can get -- but it seemed perhaps there may have been a little bit better viewing point - maybe over near the waterfall installation. We had a nice trip and the view of the skyline magnificent.

Family Without Children We took the 4th of July Fireworks Cruise and enjoyed it from start to finish. The crew was friendly but sure knew their way around a sailboat, very skilled. One of the reasons you take vacations is so that you have stories to tell and memories to share in the future. This was truly one of those events that we'll share and remember for a very long time.

We were able to view the 4th of July fireworks from a perfect viewing location! We had no crowds to fight and a bathroom (head) without a line to wait in! Our crew was spectacular and the evening was very enjoyable without crowds!

My husband became a US citizen in June and for his first 4th of July we came to NYC, saw Miss Liberty, Ellis Island and then had the BEST EVER view of the fireworks on the Imagine. The Captain got us up as cloe as we were allowed and we all had good views. The service was excellent and they even provided rain coats. We hope to do this again.

Spendy, but a wonderful way to see the fireworks. Crew were competent, attentive and fun. A little rain was no bother, and the sail was lovely. The fireworks were glorious; not a bad seat in the house. Tiiming was perfect. Wonderful time for first time visitors to New York.

Family Without Children We booked this cruise as a birthday celebration. I love sailing so to be on a sail boat and see the fireworks was a double bonus!! The crew was great. We were never without a drink in hand. Their handling of the boat was quite impressive. The cruise down the river provided sites of Manhattan that were superb. Our captain got us up as close to the fireworks as the police boats would allow so we had a front row seat for viewing. Even the rain couldn't dampen our spirits. All in all it was a great experience and I would recommend it.

Hard to beat an authentic sailing experience on a 3 sail, 80 foot long turn of the century schooner. Crew is soooo nice and very capable, and you get to sail right by Ellis Island, the Statue of Liberty, etc. This was my 2nd sail aboard this boat, and not a single person got seasick on either trip (i think due to the combination of the size of the boat and the fact that it sails primariy on the river, not the ocean), so i recommend that you try it even if you're not sure. I was with my 6 year old son both times, and he loved it too.

weather looked bad but rain jackets were provided but not needed all was as described and more the crew went beyond the call of duty this was a top notch cruise well worth the money spent

The fireworks cruise was the highlight of our trip to NYC. The crew was friendly and knowledgeable, and the trip was outstanding. We maneuvered around the river to get the best view of the East River fireworks, and we could also clearly see the fireworks near the Statue of Liberty and all over the New Jersey area. The trip could not have been better - worth every penny!
