This is a review for a private charter on the Manhattan. Adam was easy to work with and quickly and thoroughly answered all of my questions via email as I was planning the event. Fast forward to the day of the event – my guests and I all had a fantastic afternoon on the water. The boat was mantained beautifully, and I was impressed that the crew was very professional and service-oriented. They made clear safety announcements, served the food and drinks in a timely manner, proactively took orders and provided refills, and offered to take photos at various opportunities. The level of hospitality and service exceeded my expectations.
