Refund/Rescheduling Policy

  • An option to reschedule or convert to a gift certificate is available up until 24 hours before departure. We are not able to offer refunds. Please email [email protected] to request cancellations, rescheduling, or conversion to gift credit.
    *Upon request, we can offer unique cancellation terms. Please call 212-627-1825, option 4.
  • Most activities run regardless of weather conditions. If the seller is compelled to cancel the event for any reason, ticketholders can either reschedule for another time (subject to availability), receive credit for a future event, or request a refund.
  • To secure a boat privately, you must privately charter the vessel. To do so, please talk to a private charter sales representative: 212.627.1825 Opt. 3
  • There is no smoking aboard our vessels.
  • Passengers are not allowed to bring their own alcohol aboard our vessels.
  • If you arrive late for your departure and miss the boat, we cannot refund your ticket.
  • Boarding may be denied if you arrive visibly intoxicated.
  • If you are found in possession of illegal drugs while on board our vessel the drugs will be confiscated, and you will be handed over to the Coast Guard or Harbor Police.
  • Service animals are permitted, pets are not.
  • Our vessels are not defined as “accessible” by ADA standards. Learn More.

Upon arrival, you will receive a boarding pass at the ticket booth. By redeeming your boarding pass you agree to the following terms:

  • You acknowledge that sailing is inherently dangerous and waive all risks outside the reasonable control of the owners or operators of Classic Harbor Line operated vessel (“Classic”)
  • You agree that Classic shall not be held vicariously liable for the intentional or negligent acts of any person not employed by Classic or committed while off duty or outside the course and scope of employment.
  • Classic shall have the benefit of all statutes of the United States of America providing for limitation and exoneration from liability.
  • Classic shall not be liable to you for damages for emotional distress, mental suffering/anguish, or psychological injury.
  • LIMITATION ON TIME TO BRING SUIT: Classic shall not be liable for any claims for personal injury, illness, or death unless filed within 1 year after the voyage. Classic shall not be liable for any other claims unless filed within six months after the voyage.
  • Litigate any disputes and matters arising under, in connection with, or incident to this contract before the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York in Manhattan or a court located in New York County, New York.
