Refund/Rescheduling Policy
An option to reschedule or convert to a gift certificate is available up until 24 hours prior to departure. We are not able to offer refunds. Requests for cancellation, rescheduling or conversion to gift credit must be sent by email to [email protected]. *Unique cancelation terms can be offered upon request. Most activities run regardless of weather conditions. In the rare situation where the seller is forced to cancel the event, ticket-holders will be allowed to reschedule to another time (subject to availability), receive credit for a future event, or receive a refund.
When purchasing tickets for parties of 8 or more on Food Cruises there will be an additional gratuity charge of 15% to your tickets. On all other cruises there will be an additional 10% Gratuity added on groups of 10 more.
The food and bar portion of the following cruises is valued at $30 per person: Around Manhattan Brunch, Fall Foliage Lunch, Holiday Brunch, Champagne & Cheese Paring, and the Classic Cocktail Cruise.
In order to secure a boat privately, you must privately charter the vessel. To do so, please talk to a private charter sales representative: 212.627.1825 Opt. 3
There is no smoking aboard our vessels.
You are not permitted to bring your own alcohol aboard our vessels.
If you arrive late for your departure and miss the boat your ticket cannot be refunded.
Boarding may be denied if you arrive visibly intoxicated.
If you are found in possession of illegal drugs while on board our vessel the drugs will be confiscated and you will be handed over to the Coast Guard or Harbor Police.
Service animals are permitted, pets are not.
