Gratuity is not included unless you purchased the ‘Groups of 10 or more’ ticket type where a 10% gratuity is automatically applied. If you do end up obtaining 10 or more individual tickets by separate purchases, you will be contacted to make an advance payment of a 10% Group Gratuity.

• Perfect sail around NYC!
  Wow, that was simply the best sail I ever took. I always wanted to sail around NYC at night to see the lights and this was simply perfect. I love the old style boat and the complimentary wine and champagne and beer. Beautiful views of the city and we also saw the Statue of Liberty at night and Elis Island, etc. I want to do this every time I go to NYC!

• PERFECT evening tour to see the city lit up!
  Four of us went on the 9:30 pm City Lights Sail on America 2.0 and I can’t say enough great things about it! The boat is incredible and the staff sailing it were a lot of fun, and did a great job sailing us around to get the best views of the city and the Statue of Liberty. We lucked out and had amazing weather – enough wind to actually sail and not use the motor – which made for such a memorable experience. We were in NY for the weekend for my mom’s birthday, and this was the highlight of the trip! I would highly recommend this cruise, and this boat in particular, especially if you enjoy being out on the water!

  We were really looking forward to this boat trip and weren’t disappointed, it was the best possible view of the New York City skyline. The crew were very friendly and helpful and gave out blankets to people who needed them. Can’t recommend this enough, just be sure to wear warm clothing even if it is warm on land.

Refund/Rescheduling Policy
Bookings of 1 to 9 guests have the option to reschedule or convert to a gift certificate up until 24 hours prior to departure. 10 to 16 must notify us 1 week in advance to reschedule or convert to gift certificate credit. 17 or more must notify us 2 weeks in advance to reschedule or convert to gift certificate credit. Requests for cancellation, rescheduling or conversion to gift credit must be sent by email to [email protected]. *Unique cancellation terms can be offered upon request. Other Policies
The activity takes place rain or shine but within reason. Activities runs regardless of weather conditions. In the rare situation where the seller is forced to cancel the event, ticket holders will be allowed to reschedule to another time (subject to availability), receive credit for a future event, or receive a refund.
